On June 4, 2007, the Constitutional Law “On State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, signed and approved by Nazarbayev, clearly defines the procedure for using our state symbols. In this regard, an event was held on the theme “State symbols are the pride of my country” with the participation of members of the course “Young local historians”, created by Otrar state archaeological preserve-museum. The event began with the performance of the national anthem, which gave people strength, inspired and strengthened their energy. Then a guide G. Arystanbaeva introduced the students to the corner related to the state symbols in the exhibition hall and told about the history of the symbols. As part of the event aimed at the patriotic education of students, Senior researcher K. Kemelova gave a lecture on the most valuable state symbols, proclaimed to the world the independence of our country and a vivid image of the continuity of the past, present and future of our country, the spirit of our people, national traditions, heroism and wisdom. Through the state symbol, you can get to know our country and present it to the whole world, because it contains the entire history and culture of our people, therefore it can be a source of patriotism.
